Born in Beijing in 1958. From 1978 to 1986, he studied ceramics with his father, Mr. Gao Zhuang, and worked successively in the Department of Ceramics, Department of Decorative Art and the Department of Arts and Crafts of the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University.
In 1986, it was trial-produced and fired into Konoha Tianmu, and on this basis, blue gray heart Tianmu, red change oil dripping Tianmu, Jinhua Tianmu etc. were developed. In the summer of 1995, a new process of celadon, copper, red clay was invented, and a new process named "red porcelain" was invented in 1997.
Since 1999, several articles including "A Brief Talk on the Decoration Techniques of Yellow Glazed Pots in the Tang Dynasty" have revealed the truth of ancient Chinese decorative techniques of jumping swords. In 2013, he delivered a keynote speech on "Konoha Love" in Hong Kong, expounding the mystery of Konoha's millennium.
Awards: In 1999, his work "Treading Clouds Returning" won the 9th National Art Works Silver Award; in 2004, his work "Yongbo" won the 10th National Art Works Gold Award.
