Artist Biography

Li Zhengan
Born on January 12, 1954, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, an expert in the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education, and a member of the Chinese Artists Association.
Engaged in ceramic design research and practice for more than 30 years, published many books, and tried his best to explore and promote the development of ceramic design education through theoretical contributions and the combination of production, education and research. From 1996 to 1997, he taught as a foreign teacher in the School of Art and Design of the Sudan University of Technology; in December 1997, he held a personal ceramic painting exhibition at the Beijing branch of the Goethe Institute; from 2001 to 2002, he went to the University of Hooverhamton and Kent College of Art and Design to participate in cooperation Research and hold personal pottery and Chinese painting exhibitions in the Bilston Museum, Kent Art Center and other places.
