    Artist Biography

    Wang Shuming was born in a ceramic family in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi. Great-grandfather Wang Changbin was the supervisor of the imperial kiln in the late Qing Dynasty, and his father Wang Longfu was a master of Chinese arts and crafts. He grew up in an artistic atmosphere since childhood. Graduated from the Correspondence University of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, she is currently a senior craft artist in Jiangxi Province, a master of arts and crafts in Jiangxi Province, a member of Jiangxi Artists Association, and a member of China Women Ceramic Artists Association.

    She loved painting since she was a child, and was taught by his father's skills. Painting skills inherited his father's painting style. In 1988, after examination and acceptance, he entered the Art Porcelain Factory and the Fine Arts Research Institute, engaged in the design of high-end art furnishing porcelain and national gift porcelain. With the teachings of many masters and famous artists, his professional knowledge and painting skills have gradually increased, and he has gradually formed his own style. After decades of creation and accumulation, she has deep painting skills in the field of ceramic art. She is good at new pastel costume figures and flower and bird paintings. The style of her works is beautiful, fresh and elegant, and has the characteristics of being both elegant and popular.

    Her works have been awarded many times by the country, provinces and cities, and have been selected into large-scale albums such as "Ceramic Art Works Commemorating the Centenary of Liu Shaoqi's Birth", "The Complete Works of Jingdezhen Ceramics", "Singapore Oriental Collection", "Porcelain Art", etc. The biography is compiled into the historical archives of "Floating Liang Characters". Her works have been exhibited in the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong many times, and have won unanimous praise from collectors.
