Born in Guangchang, Jiangxi in 1962, Master of Chinese Arts and Crafts, Master of Chinese Ceramic Art, Master Tutor of Jingdezhen Ceramic University. Deputy Director of the Fine Arts and Ceramics Committee of the China Arts and Crafts Association, Deputy Secretary-General of the Arts Committee of the China Ceramics Association, Standing Director of the China Arts and Crafts Society, Vice President of the Beijing Arts and Crafts Society, Researcher of the Institute of Environment and Ceramics, Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University; Hunan; Expert of the Expert Steering Committee of the Provincial Institute of Traditional Crafts. He used to be the deputy general manager of China National Arts & Crafts Import and Export Corporation; member of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology's master's degree thesis defense committee; chairman of the master's thesis defense committee of the Academy of Fine Arts of Gannan Normal University. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Jingdezhen Ceramic University in 1987 and stayed as a teacher of ceramic design for three years. In 1990, he was admitted to the Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts for a master's degree. He graduated in 1993 and was assigned to work in China Handicrafts Import and Export Corporation. His works were selected for the 12th National Art Exhibition and won 17 gold medals and 6 silver medals in the national ceramic competition.
