《文物少年说》以少年的视角，采用学生讲述文物背后故事和陶博馆讲解员拓展陶瓷知识相结合的方式，深刻对话文物，全英文讲解并形成系列短视频在全省尚属首次，打造了“紫砂故事、国际表达”的文化传播品牌。希望通过该系列短视频掀起少年们对文物世界的思考，将陶瓷文化基因融入日常生活，丰富其文化底蕴，带来人生初阶的美好启示。

We have a lot of 7000-year interesting pottery relics. Now let a young student narrate about them.
今天我讲解的这件文物是“龙头荷花缸”。它是明代早期的一件宜兴均陶精品，器型稳重大气，口沿直径与高度之比接近“黄金比例”；釉色厚重莹润，历史积淀的古朴与沧桑跃然眼前；器表用拇指堆贴花技艺堆出精美的图案，意境深远；口沿下方设置一龙头出水口，作为雨天溢水之用。
Today I am going to tell the story of this jar. It is an excellent Jun-glaze ware. Its shape looks firm and grand. The ratio of its mouth diameter to its height is close to the golden one. Its glaze appears thick, clear and moist. Its quaint and archaic sense transmits its historical accumulation. Its thumb-appliqued deisgn on the surface is beautiful and meaningful. Just under the mouth rim is set a dragon-head water outlet. It is used to drain out water when the jar is full of too much rain water.
它在古代兼具消防和观赏的用途。这件龙头荷花缸历经风霜，至今风采依旧，向我们传递着一种精神叫“大国工匠”，一种自信叫“文化自信”。
This jar could be used as a garden ornament and a fire-water tank in history. It has gone through historical vicissitudes but it still looks elegant today. It transmits to us the spirit of “Great Country Craftsman” and also the “Confidence in Chinese Culture”.

宜兴均釉陶器，它是宋代以来宜兴丁蜀地区生产的一种上釉陶器，工艺特点是用围片拍打或泥片镶接成型，生坯上釉，高温氧化焰一次性烧成。胎质有紫胎和白胎二种，胎釉原料大多就地取材，釉水的风格和特点相比以往传统釉陶有了根本的变化和改进，同时，在传统陶瓷贴塑装饰基础上发展而成的拇指堆贴花技艺更是一绝。宜兴均陶制品运用广泛，兼具实用性和观赏性。2014年，宜兴均陶制作技艺被列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录。
Yixing Jun-glaze pottery has been produced since the Song Dynnasty. It is made by coiling or joining clay slabs and patting the slabs into a required ware. When the ware is dry enough, glaze is coated on the surface. It is then fired at a high temperature in oxidizing atmosphere. Its main body is made of white or purple clay. The clay is usually from local places. The Jun-glaze is more beautiful than other traditional ones. The thumb-applique is a special skill, which has been developed from other ways of appliqueing designs. Yixing Jun-glaze pottery has a wide range of function of daily necessities and indoors or outdoors ornaments. In 2014, the technique of making Yixing Jun-glaze pottery was listed as one of the state intangible cultural heritages.
